Shipping and Returns
EXPECTED SHIPPING TIMES AND COSTS
Erasist products are print on demand. Expected shipping times are a few days after an order is placed. We ask that you please allow 14 days for delivery. Shipping costs are generally flat rate and vary based upon the size and weight of the order. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and are displayed at checkout prior to a purchase.
SALES TAX:
Purchasers who reside in Maryland and items shipped to a Maryland address or location are subject to the Maryland 6% sales tax on items, handling and shipping fees.
RETURN POLICY and CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:
If the original purchaser has received the incorrect item(s) (meaning item(s) of merchandise different from those which were ordered) of merchandise purchased at Erasist.com, the original purchaser may return it to ERASIST LLC within fifteen (15) days of receipt of item(s) to obtain a refund as long as steps and conditions below are followed. No exchange service is available. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
Merchandise must be returned in its original condition in order to be accepted as a return. Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in a resalable condition to be accepted as a return.
Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice, all packaging, hang-tags and any related accessories and instruction booklets. No refund will be processed for item(s) that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled, in which case the retuned item(s) will be discarded.
Prior to returning any item(s) to ERASIST, LLC, the original purchaser must obtain a return authorization number from ERASIST, LLC. To obtain a return authorization number, the original purchaser must send an e-mail to orders@erasist.com requesting a return authorization number. No refund will be processed for item(s) that are returned without a valid return authorization number, in which case the returned item(s) will be discarded.
If the returned item(s) meet the conditions above, we will process a refund within fourteen (14) days of receipt of the returned item(s).
Item(s) ordered due to purchaser error are not refundable.
Refundable items are limited to two items per purchase.
